1. Orders & Payment

Orders placed on www.lokayah.com are handled with care. All prices are displayed in euros (€), including VAT (TTC) .
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time , without notice, in particular depending on harvest conditions, supplies or the economic context.

Payment is secure via the solutions offered at the order stage (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, etc.).

2. Natural products & variations

Our spices, teas and honeys are artisanal products, sourced from nature and harvested in small quantities.
This means that natural variations in color, texture or appearance may exist from one harvest to another.
The visuals on the site are representative, but not contractual . Each lot is unique, like its origin.

3. Delivery

Deliveries are made by post (Bpost, La Poste, or partners depending on the destination).
Packages are shipped within a maximum of 5 working days after order validation.

Free delivery to a relay point from:

• Belgium, France, Luxembourg & Netherlands : €39
  
• Germany , Italy & Spain : €49

Below these amounts, delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order, at the buyer's expense .

To be eligible for a refund:
unopened, unused , in original sealed packaging .

Once the return has been verified, the refund will be made to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the site www.lokayah.com — texts, images, visuals, logo, photographs of producers, illustrations, recipe cards — are the exclusive property of Lokayah / Proximity Work SRL .

Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Protection of personal data (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679), we only collect data strictly necessary to manage your order (name, address, email, telephone number).

This data:

• are never resold to third parties,
• are stored securely,
• can be deleted at any time upon simple request to contact@lokayah.com .
  

You can access, modify or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be preferred. If no agreement is reached, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Nivelles , in Belgium.
