Sweet mead

A liquid tribute to honey, made from 40% black bee honey, with no added sugar, our mellow mead reveals a natural, deep and balanced sweetness.
Fermented slowly using traditional methods, it expresses the floral richness of honey, while retaining a lovely freshness.

This same raw honey, which we also offer in jars, is carefully harvested and then transformed without any additives for a living, pure and sincere mead.

Enjoy it chilled (or not), alone or with others, as an aperitif or at the end of a meal.
